Cooking Class in a Local Masseria

Learn more about the authentic local culture through its gastronomy and experience our hands-on Apulian cooking class. Guided by an experience and local chef, you will discover the secrets behind regional dishes and you learn how to cook in a traditional Apulian style.
The cooking class will take place in a traditional masseria immersed in the beautiful Apulian countryside, surrounded by typical dry-stone walls and olive groves. After a short visit to the masseria, you'll start your traditional Apulian cooking class.
You'll learn to cook some of these Apulian dishes:
- Orecchiette (typical Apulian pasta)
- Focaccia and bread
- Vegetables (such as fave bean puree with chicories, zucchini or aubergine parmesan, etc...)
Some dishes may vary depending on the current season. After trying out the recipes for yourself, you'll have the chance to sit back, relax and enjoy the Apulian delicacies you prepared.
