Your aromatherapy massage will last 45 minutes. You may want to rest for a short while afterwards before driving, as you will be very relaxed.
Naturally this is a one to one session, just you and your therapist.

You will be wrapped in towels during your massage. You can wear underwear if you would prefer not to be naked (you may be asked to keep your underwear on).
